CELEBRATIONS

Initiation Ceremony

The academic year commenced with Pravesanolsavam , the reopening ceremony, on June 3rd. Students of Class 3 were welcomed to the main campus with great enthusiasm, while our youngest learners in the Playclass and LKG joined on June 10th , accompanied by their parents. Classes for +1 began on June 12th.

Investiture ceremony

The investiture ceremony was held on June 26th , with Sr. Leena Grace, SD Educational Corporate Manager, as the chief guest. A 20-member school cabinet was formally inaugurated to represent the student body and foster leadership among the students.

Merit day

July 20th marked Merit Day, celebrating the outstanding achievements of students who secured 47 full A+ grades in SSLC and 7 full A+ grades in Plus Two. Trophies were awarded by the MLA, the Teacher’s Guild, and the Higher Secondary Principal’s Forum and Higher Education Minister, recognizing the students' dedication and success.

Environment Day

To observe Environment Day, our school raised awareness about maintaining clean surroundings for healthy living. The Breakthrough Science Society, Ernakulam Chapter, organized district-level competitions, where our students excelled:

Independence Day

Independence Day celebrations began on August 14th, 2024, with a school parade and group-wise competitions, including patriotic songs and tableaux. On August 15th, the National Flag was hoisted by the Principal in the presence of teachers, students, and PTA members, followed by the distribution of sweets.

Manager's day & Principal's day

These days were celebrated to honor the dedication of our school administrators. Students performed a beautiful wishing song and presented tokens of appreciation, expressing gratitude for their tireless efforts in creating a nurturing educational environment.

Kerala Piravi

The school celebrated Kerala Piravi with enlightening programs, concluding with the crowning of exemplary students:

Christmas

The Christmas celebrations included card-making, cake-cutting, carol singing, and a skit on the nativity of Jesus performed by Class 6 students. ** Fr. Athul Maliekkal, Assistant Vicar of St. Dominic’s Church,** delivered an inspiring speech on embracing the true spirit of Christmas.

Onam, Nirmala day & Teachers day

These events were celebrated with grandeur, featuring dramatic performances, musical renditions, traditional dances, Guruvandanam, and Onappattu competitions. The celebrations provided a culturally rich experience for all attendees.

Children's Day

Children's Day was celebrated with enthusiasm, honoring the legacy of Jawaharlal Nehru and focusing on children's rights and well-being.

Kids fest

Shri M.O. John, the Municipal Chairman, graced the Kids Fest as Chief Guest . Kindergarten and preschool students delighted the audience with charming performances, adding vibrant energy to the event.
